Getting Started With Your PartnersHub Store Print

  • 0

This guide explains what to prepare after your PartnersHub service has been activated and how to get ready for your store setup session.

1. Confirm your domain path

Your PartnersHub store needs a domain before customers can use it properly.

  • If you bought the PartnersHub hosting plan without a domain, order a domain from your Sive.Host client area first.
  • If you already own a domain elsewhere and want to bring it to PartnersHub, open a support ticket asking for the correct PartnersHub nameservers for your domain.
  • After your domain is pointed to PartnersHub nameservers, DNS records such as A records are changed by Sive.Host on request. They are not managed directly from your PartnersHub account.

2. Prepare your store branding

Before training, prepare the details you want your customers to see on your store and invoices.

  • Your store name or company name.
  • Your store logo, preferably in PNG format.
  • Your public support or sales email address.
  • Your website, terms, privacy, or business policy links if you already have them.

3. Prepare payment gateway access

PartnersHub can be configured with payment methods for your customers. If you want customers to pay you directly, request API credentials from the payment gateways you plan to use, for example PayPal. Keep those API credentials private and share them only through a secure support ticket when Sive.Host asks for them during setup.

4. Open PartnersHub in the client area

  1. Log in to your Sive.Host client area.
  2. Open the PartnersHub section.
  3. Review the areas for clients, products, pricing, orders, invoices, tickets, and store configuration.
  4. Do not publish your store to customers until your domain, branding, products, and payment methods have been checked.

5. Request PartnersHub training

The next step after your PartnersHub plan and domain are active is a 2-hour online training session. Please open a support ticket and tell us:

  • The days of the week you are available.
  • The time ranges that work for you.
  • Who should attend the training.
  • The domain you want to use for the store.
  • The payment gateways you want to offer.

During training, Sive.Host will guide you through setting up your store, adding or reviewing products, checking pricing, configuring your store branding, and confirming the order and support flow for your customers.

6. Need help over WhatsApp?

You can also ask Sive.Host to guide you over WhatsApp for basic setup steps. For account-sensitive changes, payment gateway setup, and domain/DNS work, we may ask you to open or continue through a support ticket so the work is properly tracked.
